Internet Service Providers

There are a number of internet service providers in Lincoln. The three providers that contacted Lincoln Public Schools to apprise us of special offers or considerations for families of Lincoln Public Schools students include: Allo Communications – Imperial, NE, Spectrum – Stamford, CT, and Windstream – Little Rock, AR. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)

Applications for state assistance (SNAP benefits, Medicaid, childcare subsidy, emergency assistance, general assistance and ADC) can be found HERE .

School Community Intervention and Prevention (SCIP)

SCIP partners with schools and community behavioral health agencies across Nebraska to address the difficulties students may be experiencing. SCIP is a program focused on providing support and assistance to families in need, ensuring all youth have access to the appropriate services. SCIP offers:

Monthly Newsletters – Stay informed on current trends and behavioral health issues affecting today’s youth.

Community Resources – Additional information on mental health, drugs and alcohol, bullying, dating violence, and other behavioral health topics.


MyLNK is a website and a mobile app (for Apple and Android – search MyLNK) that has information about community resources. It can be downloaded in a wi-fi environment and then used when wi-fi is not available.

School Social Worker
